HOW TO ORDER
You can order goods through our online store.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Future Fly goods are shipped using various shipping companies which we find most reliable in terms of safety, pricing, and timing. The goods are insured by the shipping companies.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods when they are delivered with the presence of a shipping company representative. In the case of damage to the goods, the customer must inform the shipping representative on site as well as take pictures if possible.
Future Fly will take responsibility for dealing with the shipping company and returning/replacing goods to the customer as long as the customer has informed the shipping representative on site.

PAYMENT
We accept payment in the form of a credit card using a secure payment gateway. We also accept payments through bank transfer.
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.
DAMAGED GOODS
Goods damaged in transport will be replaced. In the case of damaged goods, please send us an email at [email protected] describing the damage occurred, and we will help you with the arrangements.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order up to 7 days after you have placed it. You may inform us about your withdrawal by sending us an email to [email protected] with the following information:
– Your name
– Product ordered
– Your address
– Reason for cancellation
Upon receiving the goods, we will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment form used at time of purchase, unless if the wish for another agreement is expressed.
Future Fly will reimburse the full amount of the goods minus the cost of shipping, which the client will be responsible for. Full reimbursement is carried out if the goods have returned in the same state in which they were sent out.
CHANGES RELATED TO FUTURE FLY CLUB/100 FLYER OFFER
Future Fly reserves the right to change prices and deals of Future Fly club at any point of time subject to one weeks notice on the Future Fly website.
Future Fly can terminate the Future Fly membership program at any time subject to two weeks notice on the Future Fly website or by contacting members by email, and is not obligated to provide justification. Should the situation justify, the notice period may be waved.
Future Fly reserves the right to suspend any membership of a customer who should display abusive language or behaviour on any kind of communication platform.
